When discussing Lucky Few, we felt it had that old school camaraderie in it. Like a club or gang of best friends. We wanted to recreate that thrill of the chase. The fun of delving into the unknown. Together.

A lot of agencies get run by numbers, infatuated by utilisation, recovery rates, timesheets and P&Ls. Yes, it’s a business, but it’s also a place of ideas. If numbers drive things too much, the time it takes to crack an idea is the first thing on everyone’s mind. It's about balance.

To add to this Ai and optimisation has driven some of the best-known agency names into the history books. Squeezing efficiency and automation into every service line. What was a place of creative value on your CV is now a forgotten relic.

We're not against Ai. That would be just daft. Fortunately, our agency was built on it, at just the right time. Ai tools enable us to be more efficient with client portals, project management and individual dashboards making our costings and proposals wiser and our workflows easier. We use it (when it feels right) throughout the creative and production processes too.

But the joy of freedom is what Lucky Few is all about. Freedom to do the best work of your life.

Our collaborative model means we can work anywhere, with anyone and now any way.

While we've been getting ready, we've been building relationships. Collaborators and partners in crime. In research, high-end motion and CG, illustration, copywriters, Ai artists, creatives and photographers. Craft and skill matter. But personality matters just as much.

We want to get on with people – we might be mostly remote, but we're right in it together.

We value different opinions. Viewpoints and angles which lead to broader, stronger brands and businesses. We want to bounce-off people and get together regularly.
